Lance is an Associate Director of Dymon Asia Private Equity based in Singapore. He specializes in driving value creation initiatives in the Human Capital domain across DAPE’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining DAPE, Lance served in a global role as Senior HR Business Partner at Delivery Hero SE, working closely with senior leaders in software engineering and product management to align HR strategies with business objectives. His expertise spans multiple HR disciplines, including talent strategy, performance management, and organizational development.

Throughout his career Lance has held various roles across different HR disciplines, successfully led M&A-driven HR integrations, performance management transformations, career framework implementations, and workforce optimizations initiatives.

Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
